CLASS MINIMUMS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – 2015
TFC reserves the right to change training start dates, training content or other fees at any time due to errors, omissions and/or circumstances beyond TFC’s reasonable control.
TFC reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient demand.
In order to accommodate the many requests for our training in various locations, we now require a minimum of:
twelve (12) students for OE Training within the United States.
TFC., and it’s licensees are not responsible for travel or related costs under any circumstances. Students may want to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that minimums are not met, and the training is cancelled, or that they cannot attend for personal or professional reasons.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Training fee is REFUNDABLE less $75 for 30 days or more, up to a maximum of 3 (months).
Training fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 30 days of training date.
Students unable to attend the training they sign up for, can apply their payment to another training date within six (6) months of original date of training.
